Surviving 2010: Coping with the Brunt of the Cardinal T-Square

"Trying to understand and write about this ongoing t square is difficult given all of its astrological complexity, but in a nutshell, this cardinal t square seeks to instill radical, total and complete change in our lives (more intensely so if you have planets at the early cardinal signs: 0-3 degrees Libra, Capricorn, Cancer, Aries) It asks that we purge our old ways of doing things...business as usual dies. It wants us to build new structures in our lives, based on higher spiritual truths.

Cardinal Crisis – Scheat 2010

In astrology, Scheat has a nasty reputation and we need to understand it’s influence in 2010 because it is highlighted very strongly. Scheat is the beta star (second brightest) of the constellation Pegasus, the Winged Horse.

A powerfull T-Square configuration in history: Saturn-Pluto-Mars

"This article is about a powerfull and quite unique astrological configuration: T-Square based on Mars-Pluto opposition and Saturn squaring to both. Do you know how often this configuration occured/will occurr in 1900-2036 time interval?"
"This T-Square was active during all 1929 summer period due to the Mars retrograde period. Actually the perfect configuration was with Mars retrograde. On top of this Mars,Saturn and Pluto were positioned at 0 degrees!!! Mars in Aquarius, Saturn in Taurus and Pluto in Leo.  "

The T-cross or the T-square

"You have a T-Cross (also called the T-Square) when two planets that make an opposition aspect (180 degrees) are both making a square aspect (90 degrees) to some third planet. Draw lines connecting all three and you have a T.

Configurations

"When three or more planets aspect one another mutually, they form an aspect structure, of which there are several different types. These are usually three-sided triangles or, less often, four-pointed structures, and even less often, more complex ones. Any structures forming in the heavens at any time indicate a temporal power-point, where a dominant chord sounds which has a very strong signal.

Major Planetary Configurations

"In some cases the horoscopes contain a series of aspects that form one or more configurations. These configurations represent a powerful energy force which can be advantageous or detrimental according to the aspects involved. Some of the configurations formed by major aspects are :

ASPECT CONFIGURATIONS

"It is not uncommon for horoscopes to contain a series of aspects that form one or more configurations. While it is difficult to state exactly what the result of these compound aspects may be, in a general sense we can speculate. Several of configurations formed by major aspects are the T-Square, the  Grand Cross, the Grand Trine, a Stellium, and the Yod."
