Heliocentric Sociological Astrology
(4 votes) Experience would again bring me back to the beginning: the question. All too often I found the major underlying question for clients was: ?What am I supposed to do with myself and my life?? Unlocking the mechanics of the personality is great, but even if we manage to answer the Psychological questions ?who am I?? and ?how do I best relate to others??-there remains the problem of what to do with it. I knew from my University training that this is a Sociological question. How do I fit into the world of humans, into society, is another level question than what sort of person/individual am I and how do I adjust my inner workings? Further, I realized that often there is a third level of inquiry which asks the Evolutionary questions of past lives/ Karma -?where do I come from?? and ?where am I going?? What we have are really three levels of inquiry: Psychological, Sociological, and Evolutionary. |

As a self-taught astrologer, I learned right from the start the value of ?doing what works.? Though it was to be a while before I would ?make money? doing Astrology, my ?quality of life? was often enhanced by using Astrology long before I became a professional. As a human the need to anticipate the future is hard-wired into your very being. The ?prime directive? of Star Trek is really not that far-fetched. Evolution has made you into seeker. |

(3 votes) "Today astrology is mostly defined as how human personality and behavior can be inferred from the position of the sun, moon and planets etc. Astrologers generally believe that a person is born at a time when his/her soul is in harmony with the astrological energies present at the time in the solar system. Because of this divine correspondence the science/art of astrology has been researched and practiced for thousands of years in many different cultures. " |
