Pholos is a freeware astrology program. Its purpose is to reach a sum of capabilities that can help the astrologers, professional or not.

Why another astrology software ?

- Pholos is massively modular. This means it can easily evolve and suit the needs of the users. Users will finally be able to add themselves new functions to Pholos.

- Pholos has built in it a programming language called AstroBasic which allows everyone to modify the existing functions of Pholos, or to create new ones.

- It is also possible to create plug-ins for Pholos : for example, new chart displays, or new AstroBasic functions. To do so, just modify the files of the Sources folder of Pholos (C# language from Microsoft). If Pholos detects a new source, or a modified one, it will recompile it.
