Sun and Neptun through the Aspect Cycle
" From seed to flower to fruit and back to seed again. The ground rule of Life is that all things abide in the One, proceed forth into manifestation and return back to the One again. This is the eternal return in all its variations which astrology so elegantly describes and which Dane Rudhyar so eloquently demonstrates in such works as The Lunation Cycle and, with Leyla Rael, The Astrological Aspects. However despite the emphasis placed on this cyclical concept by Rudhyar, and its further exposition by others, most astrologers continue, blind eyed, to interpret a 270° square like a 90° square, a 120° trine like a 240° trine and so on. To do this is to lose half the message that an aspect is giving us. Contrary to the way most astrologers still seem to work and think, life processes unfold themselves in cycles of 360° and not 180°."

Venus has dominion over combining and coordinating different things, including parts of the body, countries, companies, ideas, and any two things whatsoever.
- Astrological Cycles in History -
"When I was young I asked my history teacher whether there were such things as cycles in history. He told me to get on with my work, since questions like that would not help me pass my exams. Hmmph! From that moment on, something in me resolved to find out the answer to this question. Little was I to know that I was to become an astrologer seven years later, and that, twelve years after that, I would start studying astrological cycles in history. What a fine way to advance a career!
- Lost – Found (The Early Rules of Horary Astrology on Missing and Stolen Objects) -
A horary chart for this kind of question can be constructed both for the moment we discover that an object is missing and for the time when an astrologer hears or reads the question posed to him. The simplest way to predicting whether the missing or stolen object will be found or retrieved is by delineating the luminaries. If in the chart of a question or an event the Moon in a nocturnal or the Sun in a diurnal chart closely aspect their rulers the object will be returned to its owner.
