'The Stations of the Planets are often overlooked in predictive work but they are one of the most important and indicative factors. The planets are far more effective when (apparently) Stationary in their orbits than when moving at their normal speed. They are as powerful as Primary Directions. Hence they should always be given priority in Forecasts. Of course, the planets are never really Stationary. They only appear to be so at different times when observed from the Earth.'
