The Jupiter–Saturn Cycle: 2010–2011 Opposition and Global Changes
"Every 20 years, Jupiter and Saturn conjoin in the heavens and mark the beginning of a new cultural, political, and economic era. These alignments have historically been described as “Grand Conjunctions” or “Royal Conjunctions.” World leaders elected as presidents or prime ministers during this cycle often have exact conjunctions between their nativities and the degrees of the planets or angles found in these once-every-two-decades mundane horoscopes."

A horary chart for this kind of question can be constructed both for the moment we discover that an object is missing and for the time when an astrologer hears or reads the question posed to him. The simplest way to predicting whether the missing or stolen object will be found or retrieved is by delineating the luminaries. If in the chart of a question or an event the Moon in a nocturnal or the Sun in a diurnal chart closely aspect their rulers the object will be returned to its owner.

"This moment of the year is the feast of Light and astrology in itself is the science of the Light, which comes to us by the Sun. Everything on the earth, starting from the switching between day and night, seasons, years derives from the Sun.
Planets have not light, it derives from the Sun, so every planetary effect eventually depends on the position of the planet in respect with the Sun, and the same its light and speed.
- The Berlin Wall -
Often referred to as the Fall of the Berlin Wall, its 20th anniversary was celebrated this week. It seemed to me that such a momentous event - often associated with the end of Communism - must be connected to the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction. It is this cycle which corresponds to and warns of great changes in mundane affairs.
